Interdisciplinary Initiative by Academics of the Turkish-German University
KLEOS Information and Consulting Limited Company has been established within the Digitalpark Technopark—of which the Turkish-German University is a partner—through the collaboration of Prof. Dr. Müge Klein (Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences) and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ayşe Elif Posos Devrani (Faculty of Cultural and Social Sciences). This initiative stands out as a unique example where interdisciplinary academic expertise meets the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
This venture, realized by two academics from different faculties who combined their disciplinary knowledge, is noteworthy in demonstrating how a social sciences perspective can contribute innovatively to the fields of artificial intelligence and digital transformation. Prof. Dr. Klein and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Posos Devrani aim not only to develop technological solutions but also to offer a holistic consulting approach that addresses institutional transformation processes through strategy, culture, and a human-centered perspective.
We congratulate this initiative, which represents an important example of transferring academic knowledge into practice through entrepreneurship, strengthening university-industry collaboration, and increasing societal added value. We also hope that similar initiatives reflecting the interdisciplinary and innovative approach of the Turkish-German University will continue to grow.
